What will you be doing?
Build on your existing skills and develop new ones by liaising with our customers and delivering high level of service within our Customer Service Department. This exciting opportunity is telephone based within a busy team where your aim will be to recover and allocate water charges. Your role will include monitoring large debts, resolving customer s disputes and negotiating payment arrangements while building positive relationships. You will seek and utilise opportunities to improve your productivity and quality.
You will receive 3 weeks of full training working Monday to Friday 9 5, following that you will then go in to a 6 week mentoring period to ensure you feel fully supported and work on a full time basis and will be working between 07:30 21:00 working window on a 7 day per week contract.
What do you need?
Our ideal candidates will have worked in a customer service environment and have experience of debt recovery procedures. Great communication is a key skill in this role alongside IT skills and the ability to negotiate payments agreements with customers in line with departmental guidelines.
