About the role Balfour Beatty has an exciting opportunity for a Project Administrator (11 Month FTC) to join our Power Transmission & Distribution business.
This role will be based in the Halifax/Elland area and will report into the Contract Manager and work on one of our projects.
What you'll be doing
As a Project Administrator, you will:
* Manage the diary * Prepare Safety Packs * Collate 3-Week look-ahead Programme * Book travel/accommodation * Attend Weekly Construction Review Meeting & take minutes when required
Who we're looking for You will have:
* Experience of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel & Outlook * Experience in Office, Secretarial and Administration * The ability to work on own and/or as part of a team * Good communication/interpersonal skills * Good organisational skills
