Earn as you learn on our craft apprenticeship programmes that are aimed at providing you with the knowledge and technical skills required to undertake a craft role within our business. Over a three year programme you will receive training at our purpose built academy, gain valuable hands-on experience and complete a Level 3 qualification in Electrical Engineering. Our craft apprenticeships are offered in 3 disciplines: Cable Jointer, Overhead Lines Worker and Electrical Fitter.
Also known as our Higher Level Apprenticeships, HLA’s receive classroom training, hands-on work experience and undertake studying to achieve a HNC in Electrical Engineering over three years. Our trainee engineers can develop into asset and strategy management, design and planning, programme planning and operations.
