Operating 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, our award winning Customer Contact Centre plays a key role in ensuring our Customers are kept up to date by providing accurate and timely advice.
We have a number of opportunities for Customer Advisors to join our Customer Contact Centre team. We are looking for switched on people who take pride in delivering a passionate and committed service to our customers.
We are currently recruiting for the night shifts 7pm 7am, 36 hours per week (3 shifts per week) on a 6 weekly rota.
As a Customer Advisor you will handle customer service inbound and outbound calls within the busy contact centre ensuring accuracy and efficiency whilst providing all customers with a positive experience.
Our customers also contact us through other channels of communication including social media, web chat and email. As a Customer Advisor you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will respond to a wide variety of enquiries associated with Electricity North West's assets from substations, to emergency situations where customers have lost their electricity supply.
As first point of contact you will have an adaptable approach listening to our Customers and understand their enquires through detailed questioning. With the ability to learn new systems quickly, you will interpret data; ensure the timely resolution of customer queries and identify any issues that may require escalation.
To succeed as a Customer Advisor you will consistently ensure we delight our customers in everything we do. Ideally you will have experience of working on a night shift pattern.
Start date will be early July 2019.
Training - the first week will be working shifts during the day to them from week 2 move onto the night shifts rota and continue your training.
Appointments to the role of Customer Advisor will be initially via one of our partner agencies on an hourly paid contract with a starting rate of £9.90 per hour plus shift allowance.
There is the potential for this role to become permanent.
