Customer Careline: We offer a 24/7 x 365 days Careline to allow us to support client’s requirements to respond to emergency call outs or customer and general public enquiries across all our Utility services.
As members of the UK Customer Service Institute we are committed to enhanced customer service experience for our clients and their end-customers.
In addition to our Utilities engineering and maintenance capabilities, Kier Group offer procurement services that can benefits to our clients and access to a wealth of major project and programme management through the wider Kier Group.
We also work alongside our customers to share our knowledge of new and emerging technologies, including at the MVV Umwelt energy from waste plant in Devonport which produces heat the power from incinerating household waste collected from across south west Devon.
