Location: Reading Salary: £18,322 - £24,197 per annum Permanent | Full Time Hours | 37 hours per week Our Role SSE Enterprise Utilities provides a multi utility network offer to developers and land owners across England, Scotland and Wales. This is an exciting time for us and after our most successful year to date, we are expanding the team to provide even greater customer service and set us apart from our competitors. You will provide administrative support within the Gas Assets (SPA & Metering) team to ensure that the Gas administration process functions efficiently. The role will involve fast and accurate data entry. There will be a requirement to respond to telephone and e-mail enquiries, so good communication skills and a polite telephone manner are essential. Your Skills and Experience As Administrator, you will be responsible for all areas of administration and data entry tasks. Strong organisational skills and a good level of computer literacy, (particularly of Microsoft office) are essential for completing daily work. Your role will involve preparing and producing reports for management where required. You’ll have excellent attention to detail which will enable you to maintain the high degree of accuracy required for data capture and recording. The successful candidate should have extensive Administration experience and have fantastic communication skills. You should be an enthusiastic team player, however, also have the confidence to work independently.
