Location: Glasgow or Perth Salary: Competitive depending on skills and experience + bonus, and excellent additional benefits Permanent Full Time Hours with flexible working patterns available As Consent Manager, you'll provide planning and consenting support to a number of Renewables projects from conception, obtaining consents, and supporting Projects throughout construction. You'll be required to engage effectively to ensure that there is consistency in the way we develop projects across the portfolio, and that senior management have sufficient visibility of the projects. Your Skills & Experience We are looking for someone who has experience in renewable generation, and a proven track record within consenting. You should be educated to degree level in a relevant qualification, which includes environmental qualifications. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential. A commercial approach to all work is expected, challenging colleagues, stakeholders and contractors to limit risk and achieve viable solutions. A strong knowledge and understanding of governance around company approvals and financial management procedures will be required, as will an innovative approach when addressing planning issues and their resolution.
