Location: Oxford Depot Salary: £24,097 - £29,656 plus Overtime Permanent | Full Time Hours | 37 hours per week Our Role We have an opportunity for an HGV Grab Driver to join our team, based at our Oxford Depot. As an HGV Grab driver, you’ll be responsible for undertaking driving duties on reinstatement works on highways and private land projects. You may also be asked to assist with other ad hoc tasks at the request of a manager and take part in standby duties to support us responding to faults overnight and at weekends; this would be as part of a rota. Your Skills and Experience To be successful in this role, we ask that you have a full, current HGV driving license, Hiab, and experience of working in a similar role. The duties involved in this role are physically demanding, and will involve working in all weathers, therefore a ‘can-do’ attitude and excellent team working skills are essential. If you have a NRSWA Streetworks Ticket, and any experience of operating plant with relevant tickets/qualifications, that would be a bonus, however not essential. Above all you’ll have a high appreciation for safety in everything you do, and work with your team to promote a strong safety culture.
