Salary and benefits; Salary starting from  £24,257 dependant on experience + attractive pension + quarterly performance related bonus + 25 days holiday + training and development opportunities in line with the Network Support Specialist Progression Plan.

These roles will be based at our Buttershaw site in Bradford. However, you will be required to attend meetings at various locations across the Yorkshire region, therefore, a full valid EU driving licence is essential for the role.

Working as part of the Operational Data & Analytics Team, you will be using your knowledge of Internal Sewer Flooding & Pollution risks from the sewer network to collate information from various sources before applying your analytical skills to that data.

The role will primarily be responsible for taking real time feedback from routine inspections and promoting work as a result. You will also be analysing and identifying patterns and adverse trends in asset performance. You will provide insight on the performance of CSO €™s and other wastewater assets and make recommendations to support operational interventions. You will also take responsibility for identifying opportunities to integrate data collection and analysis with other areas of the business.

You will be required to take part in a rota of weekend working.

As part of the team, you will also be expected to identify opportunities in how we can improve the way the Operational Data & Analytics Team collects and analyses data to improve our ways of working.

What skills are we looking for?

You will be proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel ideally including a knowledge of VB coding, other Microsoft products and have a practical common-sense approach to problem solving and be confident in using IT in your everyday role.

You will have experience of compiling, interpretation, analysis and communication of data. In addition, experience of developing and maintaining management dashboards would be advantageous

You will have experience of influencing others at all levels, with the ability to develop and maintain effective internal and external relationships and have experience in presenting and communicating complex information to a wide range of audiences.

You will be self-motivated, with the ability to both manage your own workload, and work as part of a wider team. You will also enjoy using your problem-solving skills to drive issues through to resolution.

A full valid EU driving licence is essential for the role, as you will be required to attend meetings at various locations across the Yorkshire region.

Knowledge and Skills required

 €¢ In-depth knowledge of YW telemetry and ICOM systems
 €¢ Advanced in the use of Microsoft applications, including experience of VB coding
 €¢ Excellent analytical skills, proficient in the use of SAP and Odyssey
 €¢ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
 €¢ Ability to build and maintain a network of working relationships both internally and externally
 €¢ A full valid EU driving licence and use of a car

 €¢ Good understanding of sewer networks, common failure modes and solutions
 €¢ Experience of data dashboard preparation

This is a full time role, based at our offices in Bradford, where you will be using your knowledge of Internal Sewer flooding & Pollution risks, the sewer network and data analysis techniques to gain insight and promote interventions where asset performance has changed.
