We all play a part in getting water to our customers’ taps. Whether it’s our customer advisors helping customers with their bills, or sewer operatives unblocking their pipes.
Our scientists carry out hundreds of thousands of tests on our water every year, whilst our engineers gather water and send it through thousands of miles of pipes to reach our customers’ taps.
